How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

your order number and reason for return. You can also use our contact form.
- Receive Return Authorization: We'll send you a
Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
- Package Your Return: Securely package the
item(s) in the original packaging if possible, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship the Return: Send the package to the return
address provided in your return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping
method.
- Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect
your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Pre-Order Cancellations
Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time before the item ships. Once a pre-order item has shipped,
our standard 30-day return policy applies. To cancel a pre-order, simply contact us with your order number.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the
original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like. This ensures you receive
the correct item and allows us to process your request more efficiently.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement
- Contact your bank or credit card company (processing times vary)
- If still not received, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate
