We ship our therapeutic tools throughout Canada and the United States. This page provides detailed information about our shipping options, rates, and delivery times.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Canada: All provinces and territories
  • United States: All 50 states

International shipping to other countries is coming soon! If you're located outside Canada or the United States and would like to be notified when we expand shipping, please contact us.

Shipping Rates

Free Shipping

Free shipping on all orders over $50 CAD! This applies to both Canadian and US orders.

Standard Shipping Rates

Within Canada

  • Standard Shipping: $5.99 CAD (5-7 business days)
  • Express Shipping: $12.99 CAD (2-3 business days)
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $50 CAD

To United States

  • Standard Shipping: $9.99 CAD (7-10 business days)
  • Express Shipping: $19.99 CAD (3-5 business days)
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $50 CAD

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Pre-Order Items: Pre-order items will be shipped on their expected release dates, which are listed on each product page. You will receive an email notification when your pre-order ships.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Actual delivery times may vary based on:

  • Shipping method selected
  • Destination location
  • Weather conditions or other delays beyond our control
  • Customs processing (for international orders)

Note: During peak seasons (holidays, back-to-school), delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress through our shipping carrier's website.

If you have questions about your shipment or need assistance with tracking, please contact us with your order number.

Shipping Carriers

We use trusted shipping carriers including Canada Post (for Canadian orders) and USPS/FedEx (for US orders) to ensure reliable and secure delivery of your orders.

Customs and Duties

Canadian Orders

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes (GST/HST) for Canadian customers. No additional customs fees apply.

US Orders

For orders shipped to the United States, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be assessed by US Customs. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. The amount varies based on the value of the order and is determined by US Customs.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We can only modify addresses before the order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping:

  • Contact us immediately with your order number
  • We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or file a claim
  • If the package cannot be located, we will send a replacement at no cost to you
  • For damaged items, please take photos and contact us for a replacement or refund

Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately if some items are pre-orders or have different availability dates. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. Shipping charges apply only once per order, not per item.
